The Pharmaceutical Sector

The pharmaceutical sector is quite complex and combines several sub-sectors or groups, each producing different types and categories of products.

Three-sub-sectors are conditionally identified within the broader sector of pharmaceutical production:

  1. Manufacturing of phages.
  2. Manufacturing of herbal products.
  3. Manufacturing of generics, antibiotics, and other relatively simple pharmaceutical products.
