Pharmacological properties:Has a co-enzymatic effect. It is a thiamine phosphate coenzyme. Enzyme carboxylase is included in the complex with protein and magnesium ions. It participates in the carboxylation and decarboxylation of alpha-keto acids, promotes the formation of acetyl-coenzyme A, and regulates carbohydrate metabolism.
Indications:The drug is used for the treatment of acidosis of diabetic origin, acidosis, liver and kidney failure, chronic cardiopulmonary syndrome, diabetic and hepatic coma, coronary blood circulation failure, peripheral neuritis, various pathological processes that require improvement of carbohydrate metabolism.
